Account (optional). If you log in, we store your email address to send you a sign-in link and identify your account. Login is handled by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. If you use guest mode, no account data is created at all.
Wallet and usage. For paying users we store your plan, token balance, payment references and per-question token counts. This is needed to run the token wallet you paid for.
AI companion questions. When you ask the companion something or tap "Explain", your question and the small piece of document text needed to answer it are sent over an encrypted connection to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded to the AI provider of your plan — OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Amazon — to generate the answer. Only the excerpts needed are sent, never your whole file, and we do not store the content of your questions beyond what is needed to answer them.
Read-aloud voices. Reading uses your browser's built-in voices. Some browser voices (for example Microsoft Edge's "Online / Natural" voices) synthesise speech on the browser maker's servers — that processing is governed by your browser's own privacy policy.
Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference, amount and the tokens credited.
We use only essential browser storage: your login session, your chosen voice, reading speed, theme, and similar preferences. There are no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
Only the service providers required to run the app: Supabase (login & database), Cloudflare (secure API gateway), Razorpay (payments), and the AI provider of your plan (OpenAI, Anthropic or Amazon) for answering your questions. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Account, wallet and transaction records are kept while your account exists (payment records may be retained longer where required by law). To delete your account and its data, email konarajeshkumar011@gmail.com from your registered address and we will remove it within 30 days.
The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
Lexora AI reads your documents aloud in your browser and, with the AI companion, explains and discusses them. The free plan uses a lighter AI model with a daily limit; paid plans give you a token wallet used per question with the model you chose.
Companion answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Always verify important information against the document itself and qualified sources.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass usage limits, resell access, attack the infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
